Multi-bag filter
DL(a/b). 4P bag filter is a new type of "security" filtering equipment adopted in the 150T/D continuous refining, bleaching and deodorization procedures of vegetable oil. Its purpose is to ensure that the impurities are reduced to the minimum after the bleached oil is filtered by the vane filter and by this filter. As for deodoriztion the impurity content of product oil will be less than 0.05% after the crystal particles such as antioxidants added in the deodorization procedure are removed by this filter.
Structure and working principle
The equipment is composed of cylinder, flat head, mesh tube, filter, etc. After oil enters from port A and is filtered by the filter bag, it flows out of port b. The residues iin the filter bag will be taken out after a period of time. The eqipment can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel.
Installation
The filter is installed in the process flow as required. The filter mesh should be put stably without inclination. The filter bag should be a little larger than the filter mesh. Flat installation should be ensured at places where seal rings are located to avoid leakage.
