SELF-CLEANING SCRAPER FILTER
For the mechanical outer scraper type self-cleaning filter (hereinafter referred to as the outer scraper filter), particle impurities on the outer surface of the filter element are removed automatically by means of efficient mechanical scraping. The scraper is made of stainless steel and attached to the screen to remove impurities outside the screen. When impurities are accumulated to a certain degree, the automatic drain valve is opened, and impurities can be discharged through the bottom drain port. Continuous online filtration can be realized with a single filter and particle impurities can be recycled. No filter consumables are required. The filter needs no frequent manual cleaning and is applicable to continuous production with high content of impurities.
